@bhoot70 If you were to read the Bible, instead of the Qu'ran, you would get the story right: Ishmael's mother was a Canaanite woman. She was also a CONCUBINE of Sarah, not a second wife. There indeed WAS another wife of Abraham: her name was Keturah.

Ishmael MOCKED HIS BROTHER Isaac.

(Nobody said that this was "fighting". Again, you got the story wrong)

(And, the descendants of Ishmael have consistenty mocked the descendants of Isaac, right down to the present day!)

Noah's 1 son from the 4 and wife were Canaanite.Abraham sent Ishmael to Arab so that he could start his Abrahamic generation but people at the time of Muhammed got bad again..Abraham had 2 wives (Sarah mother of Isaac) and (Hjara mother of Ishmael) and Abraham's son never used to fight!

You give "credence to" the views, of some, that Muslims feel like descendants of Ishmael (the English spelling, here). The Bible never puts Ishmael into the same equation, with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob.

(Ishmael and his Canaanite Mother, were "kicked out of the camp", by Abraham, because Ishmael was found to be mocking Isaac).
