what did you use to get rid of your scarring ?

@leojobs A prescription cream containing hydroquinone sped up the lightening of the scarring but aside from that the best bet is to actually treat the acne condition and prevent new scars from even forming.

hi i was jus wondering how you got rid of your scarring? i used to break out a lot too and i have no more breakouts anymore BUT im left with tons a scars and uneven skin tone? what did you use to fade your scars and even your skin tone? and how long did it take?

@CaliforniaDreaming26 I actually ended up getting a prescription for a cream containing tretinoin and hydroquinone. You can get over the counter creams that contain hydroquinone (like by the line Ambi) and spot treat your acne scars. The one I used is called Triluma and it was crazy expensive but worked well for lightening my acne scars. Hope that helps.

I wear liqiud foundation just about everyday. The days that i don't have time ot apply it it feel awkward and like people can tell I'm not wearing any. I'm working more on getting my skin in check so that I feel more comfortable without wearing it. I still enjoy it though. Your skin looks beautiful!

I totally understand what you're saying...I'm super super into skin care and making sure my skin looks flawless without having to wear makeup....I don't want to deceive people into thinking I have amazing skin if I don't. I want natural beauty, not some fake makeup based beauty that rubs off at the end of the night! I myself don't wear makeup and I get told a lot that I look really good for not wearing any at all and I always admire women who don't wear makeup and look so naturally beautiful.
