330 six times is everything but weak, specially sense your not considered "pro". Very nice lift ^_^

i tell u what i got 315 for 4 when i was 310, now im 258 cuz im joinging the marines and my bench went HELLA DOWN

@madmattdisease92 Thanks man! You know I don't use any sort of routine.I try to keep my reps in the 6-10 rep range most of the time to keep from burning out.Ocassionally going in the 1-5 range.The best way to get your bench up is to do a lot of close grip benching and military pressing or dumbell presses.And keep your sets low,don't do a million sets.You won't be able to recover from it,unless you're on a bunch of supplements.
