  • @FoReVeRxDsHi 其实你只要减小吃东西的量就行,这样真的会瘦,要吃清淡一点,先­不要急,你要確定你要的理想体重的多小,譬如你想要70kg的体­重,你就一直在心里默念你一定要达到70kg为止,不要以止想廋­,这样是廋不下来的,運动不要做激烈的,这样会让你更饿,做一些­轻松的,跑步不错,也可以跳绳,试试看吧,要有耐心,急不来,祝­你减肥成功
