LDH Injurred sikhs-Kand, Ashutosh kutta.mp4

Sikhs were gathered at Gurudwara Kalgidhar Sahib, Ludhiana on 04-12-2009 one day prior to the smagam. They gathered for planning the strategy to stop the samagam of Ashutosh kutta with peacefully protest. But punjab police were trying to convince the people to dont do that. Police were making false promise to the Sikhs community since morning and saying that samagam will not be prosecuted. Hindu guy in specs is Deputy Commissioner of Ludhiana along with SSP.
