I think the interview was BEFORE the Power Hour video on youtube. Dated 3rd March 2009.
These Doctors/Scientists are saying the HN51 strain has been modified by a company called Baxters.
The flu was found in San Diego last month. Two young boys had it even though they didn't have contact with pigs or chickens. Baxters who make the hn51 vaccine are based in Chicago!

It's called condensation. The jet engines expel hot water vapor, carbon dioxide, along with a small amount of partial combustion products, just like a car or anything else that uses hydrocarbons as fuel.

At high altitudes, the ambient temperature is far below the boiling point of water. Thus, the water vapor quickly cools, leading to the formation of lots of tiny droplets of water. This is what forms the trail you see.

Well those condensation trails as you call them are messing up the planet by grouping together and forming man made clouds. Which if you knew anything about climate change, man made climate change, these clouds are blocking the natural rays of our sun which results in global dimming. So those so called innocent lines of condensation are interfering with the natural hydrological cycles of our planet. This effects the sensitive climates and hydrological systems of individual countries.
