I totally agree, cool, grounded, and fit. I have been high raw vegan for 4 months now and unfortunately I am not as cool as him, pretty grounded, and am getting realy fit due to my vegan diet and P90X. It is amazing how fast recovery from brutal workouts can be if you eat a high raw low fat plant based diet.

I agree, dairy should be the first to go. Eliminating processed foods is also key.
