how does this amp compare to that divided by 13 you have back there? you say dirty ish is that the most overdrive it gets like in this video? sounds great and your using single coils..i bet it really gets cooking with like a les paul with humbuckers yeah? im very interested in getting one of these goldtone amps but cant decide between the models GA60rv, GA30rv, or the GA30 rvs....like you got there....was thinking there is a difference between the two different 30 watt models and of course th 60

In reference to the /13, they're just made to do different things.
The JRT is a recording tool, the 30rvs is more live bigness, though they can both shine in the opposite corner.
The gain that was dialed was about 1/3 of what it will do in boost mode.
Both modes can be tweaked to sound fine but I think that the strength of this amp is using the un-boosted, clean stereo potential.
