Justin tries to review the MKV98 Conversion kit for his Tippmann 98 that he purchased from Rap4 as a pre-order last November, it just arrived.. Paintball can be a very nuanced and time consuming process. Its not all rosy red projects for the user or the manufacturer.

This is exactly what harms paintball putting out a product excessively late all the while making excuses for that product especially when the product cant do what the company informed its consumers it could. ie drop it lock it and pop it

does this work for the alpha black, and project salvo? and is this all you would need in order to make it work? if you know this information please let me know, i want to get the kit but i'm not sure which one would work for the project salvo.. thank you for your time.

I noticed the barrel shroud was twisted, there should be some screws on the bottom if the shroud. If you loosen them a little you can twist the shroud so it's straight. BTW, that's a nice gun!

My bt-4 version will not fire over 200fps... place the exact same internals... I get over 330 fps

I feel u on that. I pre ordered my kit for my alpha black a couple of days ago and found out yesterday that the stock trigger doesn't work with the kit. I called them up and they said that they have started to send out 98 double triggers and guards. No where on there web site does it give that info. For me personally I'm gonna stay with it for a while but will have to buy a single trigger and guard for the kit cause I prefer the single over the double.
