Is it just me, or did Azshara seem creepier back then do to the lack of NPCs and the Plaguelands music?

@mythbuster43 Youre absolutely right! Azshara was more creepy before they changed the zone. It was a special calm and mystic feeling about the zone, it seemed like the place had a lots of secrets waiting to be revealed. I really miss old Azshara.

@Nhordmyr Yes, it is Azshara, but the same music also appears in plaguelands.

Aszhara was one of the most mystic and beatifull from lands of Azeroth. I remember searching all the isles and finding those water elementals that started quest for MC (to douze runes). The land always gave me a feeling that there was alot to discover still....ofc. the story with the naga and the old lady ashara and the blue dragon that still wandered there sometimes.

azshara was one of the most beautiful in old wow, i loved that feeling of warm autumn but with creepy ghosts :)

azshara waspretty much empty, i did a tiny bit of questing for rep and exploring there, there was nothing by naga and ruins, really creepy

Yes this zone was a little unsettling, partly because it was a nightmare to navigate with the terain and all the Nagas

@nexus040670 Oh god, another reason why I stopped playing. When Blizzard adds all this modern stuff to a nice place like Azshara. They should just leave that stuff to a Gnome place or Tarnis.

I rememberd i was like lvl 50, me and my mate was there to see if it was something to see and we fell down and we couldnt get up it was scary as hell when all nagas came :(

@Wowmusicable I have the same exact feeling..that's how I felt towards almost every zone before cata, and miss that feeling..
