Good thoughts! I worked as a cop for a college. The issue with faculty more often than not was ELITISM! "Hey...I'm an academic genius, and you're a badge-wearing moron. How DARE you challenge me when I'm smarter and know more about everything than you do!" The sad fact is these people have no common sense, and know nothing about the streets. And they CERTAINLY know nothing about the law or police work. Unfortunately, the President is a product of that very same environment: "book smart".
