It must be difficult with your irregular cycles. I was just letting you know because it causes uterine contractions so thats why its not supposed to be taken after ovulation as it would cause problems,but since you don't know yet whats going on with your cycle i guess it would be ok. Hopefully the stuff will regulate your cycle soon.

hi i was just watching your videos i just wanted to let you know thers another youtuber who has alot of informational stuff on ttc on some of her old videos shes now preggo but she has alot of good stuff her names xxxjolepolexxx i dont know if youve seen her stuff or not but its good i love her videos ps. like yours too
