For the record. IHS is not Jesus' name. It is the Latin abbreviation for the title Pilate gave Jesus "Iesos Honus Semitus" Jesus King of the Jews( Semites) ! That would offend Jews , Muslims, and some Christians. The President is the President of the United States, not the Vatican. His Neutrality is important as he is the representative of all Americans, not just Catholic Americans.
