Why did someone comment it's bad to shake the milk I think the way u did it is good what's the difffence if u don't pack the coffee grinds to packing them tight?

@BradAZ420 Yeah the shaker chills it completely in 3 or 4 seconds. Packing it tight is more of a comment on pulling a good shot of espresso. It's all about grind size cd tamp pressure. If it's not tight then water will find it's way out in channelled path and you coffee will come out fast and taste bitter due to under extraction.

What I am doing is filling the mixer with ice also then flash cooling and mixing it at the same time. So chocolate, coffee, and milk in a glass, then shaken with ice, then poured over ice again. It makes it SUPER thick and about 34 degrees
The main point of it is to keep as much ice from melting as possible. Even on yours i would recommend adding milk then ice last. Or buy a shaker and you will be shocked by the difference.
