If one nation who absorbed plenty of military waivers which has criminal background and coax them in criminal activity ( like coaxing them to make their 1st kill, killing of anyone including of innocent civilians .. whether it is teen, a girl or boy ...or some old man or old woman ).
So what you guys are doing is actually training these kids to become psychopath ....so when these psychopaths return home ... all hell break lose.

Back home, each year there are around 31,000 death through gun violence and up to approx 250,000 military waivers ( many are school drop outs and with criminal background) were being absorbed into the military.
There are hundred of thousands of Iraqi/Afghan innocents were killed (in Iraqi cases of commanding officers coaxing the freshies to make their fist kill.. to kill any Iraqi ) .. so the high death rate of civilian ... i believe it is the result of those military waivers.
