@stackgzup the burpee i do is stricter and more difficult than either of yours...but i only do sets of 20. basically i follow ilovelouis's form, but with some tweaks to make it harder. firstl, i'm on my fingertips. second, i do a full push up, from top to bottom til my chest touches the floor. third, i cross my feet at the ankle and have one foot on the ground for the push up. kicking back into this position tasks your coordination and balance more and makes the push up more difficult.

This is actually how I do my burpees. No clap, more explosiveness, and a bigger jump. It's actually a bit harder to do it like this successively. I also find that if I bring my feet closer to my hands before the jump squat, it feels like less of an impact on my knees -- and your legs last a bit longer!

i don't care if any of you are personally offended because i commented on his form. some people may watch this video to learn, and learning wrong forms for exercises even b4 starting them isn't any good
