In order to accomplish your stretching goals: Be completely enthusiastic and motivated and memorize the warm-up routine and position. It doesn't matter if you do not have the best flexibility. Set a short term goal and keep at it on regular basis with your best effort.

  • THIS IS A PERFECT EXEMPLE OF WHAT MY TEACHERS REPEAT : LESS IS MOORE ****the resistance of moving as if in water, steady, slow, conscious, aware, present, unobstructed, om shanti, namaste!

  • Your body, specifically the way you move it, is the epitome of power and grace in one. I learn so much from your videos and draw inspiration from them after I've had a particularly tough TKD class. Best regards and thank you, Master Woo.

  • Im also trying to improve hamstring flexbility like you have at the start. Must take AGES! LOOKS SO HARD! But nice stuff there master woo. The thing at 2:07 i can do with weights but i can make that curvature thing. Takes me a while to hold the balance. OMFG AT 2:35, OMFG!!! HOLY SHIT. so flexbily, i wish i had that lol

  • Very good, Stretchings like that always helps to get more flexability and resistance...
