In order to accomplish your stretching goals: Be completely enthusiastic and motivated and memorize the warm-up routine and position. It doesn't matter if you do not have the best flexibility. Set a short term goal and keep at it on regular basis with your best effort.

Im also trying to improve hamstring flexbility like you have at the start. Must take AGES! LOOKS SO HARD! But nice stuff there master woo. The thing at 2:07 i can do with weights but i can make that curvature thing. Takes me a while to hold the balance. OMFG AT 2:35, OMFG!!! HOLY SHIT. so flexbily, i wish i had that lol
