The band, as the video title might suggest, is called Captured! By Robots. And yes, he did build them all himself. He even provides his own opening band. Legend has it that he used to play with Skanking Pickle, and when they were in need of another musician, he showed up with a robot he'd built. When the rest of the band said "no way", he said "screw you" and went off to build his own band.
