Recall: Children's Tylenol, Motrin, Zyrtec & Benadryl

On 5/1/2010, the FDA announced that McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a unit of Johnson & Johnson, had issued a voluntary recall on all unexpired lots of 7 children's products in 43 different flavors & sizes. Included in the recall are Children's Tylenol suspension (several flavors), Children's Tylenol Plus suspension, Children's Motrin (both infant drops & children's suspension), Children's Zyrtec and Children's Benadryl.

To check to see if you have any of the medications you can go to the following site, which lists all of the medications involved in the recall, as well as their perspective lot numbers which are located ABOVE (I said it wrong in the video) the brand name of the medication.

Of special note: This is the 3rd recall within the past year of medications from Johnson& Johnson, as company many trust for their children's needs. I think it's time they up their standards!
