PRESIDENT BUSH: We know that Iraq and the al Qaeda terrorist network share a common enemy -- the United States of America.
(END CLIPS FROM OCTOBER 2002)
TOMAS YOUNG: I wonder if the Bushes and the people of FOX News, and people like that, had a big sigh of relief when the hurricane hit. "I know it's a horrible tragedy," they must have said, "but thank God we don't have to talk about Cindy."
My pillbox separates them out for the week.
This is carbon mazapin (ph). It is a nerve pain medication.
DAVID TINSLEY, CLERK OF THE SENATE, ANNOUNCING THE SENATE VOTE FOR THE IRAQ WAR RESOLUTION, OCTOBER 2002: Ms. Collins, aye.
TOMAS YOUNG: This is a drug called Coumadin, and it's a blood thinner.
TINSLEY: Mr. Craig, aye.
TOMAS YOUNG: This is Tizanidine. It's an anti-spasm medication.
TINSLEY: Mr. Crapo, aye.
TOMAS YOUNG: This is gabapentin.
TINSLEY: Mr. Daschle ...
TOMAS YOUNG: It's a nerve pain medication.
TINSLEY: ... aye.
TOMAS YOUNG: This is brupropion.
TINSLEY: Mr. DeWine ...
TOMAS YOUNG: It's an antidepressant.
TINSLEY: ... aye.
TOMAS YOUNG: This is omeprizol.
TINSLEY: Mr. Dodd ...
TOMAS YOUNG: It's for morning nausea.
TINSLEY: ... aye.
TOMAS YOUNG: And this is morphine. It's a narcotic. And in this situation the effect is not to get high, but to kill pain. And so, I have to take more and more of it to stop the pain.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
LAMB: For a moment, let's talk about technique. All through this documentary -- by the way, how long is it?
DONAHUE: Eighty-seven minutes. I wanted it to be 85, because that's the length of the "March of the Penguins."
We knew we couldn't be tedious. We knew we couldn't do a rant. We knew we couldn't lecture. So, please, Lord, let them out of the theater in time to go to dinner.
And that's what we've done, 87 minutes.

Americans, expect to be kicked out of Iraq sooner or later. You are arrogant, and hypocrites. While in vietnam you sent your white and black sons to fight for "freedom", back home they couldn't live at peace with each other..It took Martin Luther King to achieve a better lifestyle...No bullets needed, oH yes, to kill King, yes...

  • @SumNJFella i believe robert byrd was in the senate

  • Why not just read the Constitution and Bill Of Rights instead of slumming around in bars on weekend. I mean, just for a change? You point your fingers at politicians and ask for change? You know what? Nothing will change. Not one thing. Because you are pointing to OTHERS asking them to change. Read the C & BoR and YOU will start to change. Wouldn't that be "self responsability"? Is it responsable to point at others? No. And that's why namecalling will never work. Easy, actually...

  • robert byrd is the only one in the house that actually gave a fuck about the presidents plans to go to war

  • Of course world peace is impossible the corporations love the profits of protracted wars. As we continue to accidentally bomb civilians and create such a strong loving feeling from so many segments of the world, you can rest assured your children and grand children will be fighting enemies for next 5 decades. But at least 1% of our population will get filthy rich from war bucks. Thank God for capitalism that works for our top 1%.

  • world peace, what a warm fuzzy feeling that will be. Try reasoning with someone who has been raised to kill you.. good luck. It doesn't take a genius to figure out world peace is unattainable, infact.. if you see signs of world peace being achieved you have a very good reason to be concerned.

  • LOVE is ALL you need...

    Peace...

please view my video's to be changed<3

  • Phil D......THANK YOU!!!!You Rock!!!!

  • those that voted for the war.....
