In the gym with Pink Iron owner, Holly Holton...she pretty much puts me to shame. I start to look defeated by the pull-up bar at the end haha
I speed up the video so you dont have to sit through 20 minutes of us sweating

  • DO those abmats really make that big of a difference? I see all CFers using them now. I'm not one, but I'm always for improving my approach. is it just a means to increased comfort or does it assist the speed/movement?

  • damn i wish these WOD vids were in normal speed cause you're so fucking beautiful and hot! gets annoying with the speedy stuff ^^ love your vids
