March 6, 2009, Delta II Rocket carrying NASA's Kepler spacecraft. Kepler's mission: to check out a patch of space for at least three-and-a-half years, looking for rocky planets similar Earth. It was the most beautiful launch that I have ever seen due to the clear sky. You could actually see the colors change as it jetted towards space. AT EXACTLY 1 MIN. INTO THE VIDEO YOU CAN SEE THE FLASH OF LIGHT THAT IS THE BOOSTERS DETACHING FROM THE ROCKET, AND THEN YOU CAN SEE THE FLARES FALLING BACK TO EARTH.
