Chamber 18 (6 steps)

As far as I know 6 steps could be the current record for Chamber 18. However, this method is greatly glitch orientated, because nearly the full map is skipped with OOB. It is up to you to decide if it is legit or not, I only wanted to show this method, the rest is only a matter of taste.

This run could be greatly improved with a few tricks, and I think even 2 steps are possible. First of all you can leave the elevator with only one step with Sawace's method (which I can't copy). After this, you should land with OOB in the other side of the field, or in the field. After that, you can shoot yourself inside without any steps, following Sawace's other method.

It's a track played in Half-Life 2 originally. In the tracklist I have, it's name is only "Song 19".

This wouldn't really count as a record if you use OOB. I've seen someone with 8 who did it normally.

You are right about that, it's not a big improvement due to the 'cheating'. But it's still a bit better, and as I said in the description, this is rather for showing the route itself. Someone who can perform those sick tricks (wich I don't), could improve this route to 2-3 steps.

Haha. I suck at all the time and step challenges. At least if I can kind of survey everything and have time to think about it, I can easily do the portal challenges and advanced maps.

aaaaw, you could have gotten 5 EASY if you step then jumped into the elevator. idk the glitch very well, but if you were able to get onto the floor outside the last elevator, you could've flung yourself in with just 3 steps.

Telling the truth I've retracted from my promise. I really thought about making more tutorial videos, but well, I don't speak english often nowdays, and my accent is well, something I don't want to put on the internet ^^

I'd rather stay with my voicless video style, and that way I can't make a good tutorial.
