  • The models don't convey the example of the breath that is being spoken about. The teacher should have done the examples herself instead of the long explanations. NAMASTE.

  • @mickystoned I would recommend a balance of "sober yoga" and "stoned yoga" Marijuana may open up the lungs which could allow for more relaxation and a calmer mind, but it's all up to you!
