Film clip for one of my songs. An experimentation with sound and music. I have been working with a number of number patterns. The premises is quite hard to put into words but i'll try. Count to three over a 4/4 beat counting on each beat, by the time you get to beat four you will be saying one. Let this ride and continue to say the numbers. After three bars you have completed the pattern. What this does is change to accent of the different notes on different parts of the bar. Any questions please ask. Once you have 3 you can then try 5, 7, 9 and so on. Any bigger numbers can be broken down into sums such as the first number pattern of the song 13 (5+5+3) shown by two pentagons and a triangle. The three circles are three notes with one omitted. The purple box is 7 (3+4) and the second pentagon is a combination of 5 and 2. See sawing between the two. Guitar is 3 chords creating a forward motion effect. The first black line is 5 and the second is 9. The small dots is a combination of 12 and 3. The three lines are 15 (6+6+3) and the chords are 6 outlining the 4/4 nature of the piece. The center triangle is 3 at double time. The bass comes in showing the change in chords and the lead guitar complements the chords and is probably the least connected to the number patterns. I hope enjoy watching this piece as much as I did making it and as I said earlier don't hesitate to ask any questions.

  • Fantastic stuff! Please make more like this...

  • This has lots of potential. How about some false light imagery set to similar sounds? Like landscapes, city scapes, water scenes, etc.? Encore, encore.

  • Very Original
