to express yourself, you don't have to use a specific genre of music. you express yourself in whatever way you feel comfortable. you don't have to rap to express yourself. i don't follow that at all. you can express yourself through beating drums, strumming a guitar or screaming at the top of your lungs. it doesn't matter how you do it as long as you satisfy yourself and that's exactly what these guys are doing. music is an expression of self no matter how you look at it.
