Sharks kill for food people, to survive. We can't catagorize them with human killers, they don't plot and plan to kill people they aren't that intelligent. But then again judging by some of these comments neither are we.

It's all irrelevant. It's their home and they can do what they want. If a stranger enters my home and I feel threatened then I'm going to attack them too. That's life folks. It's not all kittens and rainbows.
By the way lets not forget the fact that the guy survived. There was no murder here.
Now why don't you spend time watching traffic accident videos to scare you into concentrating while driving. You have a MUCH higher chance of dying that way. Relax and go for a swim : )

@Lollipoper42 good and even worse point, yes we are murderers ourselves , BUT we do call eachother murderers so why can't we call sharks who do the same thing, just in a different way

@northie66 hardly. Man is a mammal and therefore an animal. We have the same organs as animals and our DNA is very similar to chimpanzees DNAs.

It honestly makes me so sad when humans call sharks murderers.
Sharks kill fish or even humans for FOOD.
We, humans, kill our own kind for pleasure.
And some people have the nerve to call sharks murderers when we can't even control ourselves.

@face999 I disagree. I think the shark had EVERY intention to eat his arm. The only reason a shark would let go is for its own protection - they don't like to risk injury. Had the man not made it out of the water, the shark would have went back and eaten him. Also, man is not an animal. The most dangerous animal on the planet is the mosquito. Sharks are up there on the list though.
