Skyrim : How to Level armor skills easily and fast

I am not claiming I came up with this Idea at all, I seen a video with some one doing this and figured I would upload my own.

Like I noted in the video to get the enchantment for better blocking just go around checking different armor merchants for any armor/shield with the enchantment on it and either use that or disenchant it to learn the enchantment and put it on a better piece of gear.

Also you can use potions to make your health,stam,magica regen faster. And there are also potions that fortify block like the enchantment does.

@glempa5 - Thanks!, Its ebony armor like I say in the video.. There is better armor deadric is the best but dragon takes a higher smithing lvl for some reason
