Doesnt ebay's buyer protection policy say that you can get your money back from the seller if the item isnt what was described? Obviously if the item is sold as genuine and you get a recast it definately isnt what was described.

Recast are worthless. No matter how cheap you got it, it will never be the same as the original. This is why I dont buy resin kits of statues that were once in production.
