Ejercicio de desplazamientos laterales , adelante y atras.
Con velocidad, mover los pies en forma de un 8 ; mantener las piernas flexionadas.
Cada vez que salimos por un costado imitamos el coup droit o reves.Posibilidad de que alguien nos lanze pelotas de cada lado.
Golpear avanzando cada vez.
