step by step you say? what about the step you didnt show regarding the porkchops!! how can you people make mistakes like that???

Oh rats! Your right! I totally missed showing the browning of the pork chops. Grandma would slap me for missing that detail! An important step. Hard to capture it all, so many important Grandma steps! Well, you brown the pork chops similar to the meatballs and take them from the browning pan right into the sauce. I usually brown them before the meatballs.
