by the term you said "Copy the content of Windows CD" you mean the original files from the windows xp cd? im new to thos so ya. help?

insert windows xp cd, go to my computer, click on cd containing windows xp installation, select all files from cd, copy to folder on hard disk, thats it.

you don't. when you download service pack 3 network install, it is exe file, in nlite application you should just browse to that exe file (service pack 3 network install).
