  • @sophielovesseezar go through my account i still havent posted many yet but theres one of mine and you can see the ones iv been watching, some good some not so.

  • @1976dazo u know of any videos that are real boxing?

  • im glad you clarified this as boxersize im a boxing coach and i like to keep my eye on new techniques if there are any, id hate to think anybody watching this would mistake it for boxing, its clearly not !

  • @JasonJarred - Thats fair enough, however you have advertied this video as Boxing Technique: Developing combinations and footwork. It does not say you are advertising a cardiovascular workout through boxing combinations, Hence why i commented on footwork, the Jab and Hook. However it was not supposed to be an offensve comment.

  • i am aware of that, however eople were commenting on his technique from a bixing perspective. Also you advertised this video as 'Boxing Technique: developing combinations and footwork' which is why i commented on the 'Technique' and 'Footwork'. You havent advertised your video as a cardiovascular workout routine using boxing combinations! Hence wht i made the comment. However it Wasn't supposed to be an offensive comment.

  • @Carlzbird8 Did you notice that this is part of a workout routine, not competitive boxing? There's a big difference - the focus here is more on cardiovascular exercise.

  • He steps forward on the jeb to close the distance, nothing wrong with stepping forward on a jab aslong as your quick, plus he will follow his jab up with a combination anyway. Not so keen on his hook though, looks more like an overhand shot to me!!

  • Nice combination and good coaching techniques, Thanks for posting video.

  • @RagingCarlos it's not bad. this combination would work if some guy was trying to slip outside your jab. he'd be caught by the hidden right uppercut.

you don't worry too much about your opponent's left hook if he's outside your jab.

  • @howva im a boxercise instructor, boxercise isnt like conventional boxing, wasnt designed for self defense, more just exercise to music with punches, its best working one to one with an instructor to correct your form and motivate you, you should defo give it a shot tho!
