No vitamin d in ham or cheese

pity you have to spoil it with bread. Without the carbs, ham & cheese are fine with the carbs insulin rises and makes body store fat.

Best way of getting vitamin D is non burning sun exposure at midday preferably naked and laying down.

    5000iu/daily is the adulte requirement.

IHERB Now foods 5000iu cheapest $5 discount code WAB666

GRASSROOTSHEALTH D ACTION for cheapest 25(OH)D vitamin d tests by post.

    Ideally aim for 55ng/ml 135nmol/l

  • hmm....ham & cheese sandwiches & my morning cereal bow....got to luv it :)

  • 5000iu daily is required for most adults to get to the 55ng/mL associated with least disease incidence.

Daily 15~30 minutes sun exposure is needed rather than as stated in the video.

Kids need 1000iu for each 25lbs weight.
