  • @sweetkisses4uonly First improve your diet, some people can lose a lot of fat just by getting a healthier diet, running and swimming a lot really peels the fat off of you. And remember, to loose weight, you have to eat less fat than your body needs, this way your body needs to take fat from deposits :)
