The Book of Eli Movie Trailer

If you were at the recent release of Orphan, you saw a big new trailer bursting out at you for The Book of Eli, a January release with lots of star power, including Gary Oldman, Mila Kunis and Denzel Washington.

When America, and possibly the world beyond, gets turned into a post-Apocalyptic wasteland, one man fights his way across the blasted plains and blighted landscape to protect a book. But as you'd probably expect, this is no ordinary book. In fact, by all indications, the so-called Book of Eli might be enough to save humanity. Check out the trailer.

Apocalypse seems to be all the rage these days, with Fallout 3 still ruling Xbox 360s, the Discovery Channel running The Colony, and the 2012 movie only months away. this movie was kinda dissapointing. I'm so sure he walks the earth 30 years just to make a copy of the Bible. At the end, I felt like I got punked.

@Norha820 That's what I'm saying!! But I dunno man. It showed a close-up of his eyes when he was dictating the verses, so maybe that showed that he was blind, I couldn't tell, I'm not an expert on that shit lol.

I suggest googling "Book of Eli christian propaganda" and read one of the subsequent reviews that pop up, before wasting two hours on this movie

oh and ignore the top two comments, this movie "promises" to be a fallout esk movie, but lets you down as just depressingly unrealistic and unjustified christian propaganda. the plot is weak, the reasons for the plot are weak and the characters reactions with in the plot are weak.
