The Citation was flown by Johnny Johnson and Tony Rosso, The main purpose of the flight was a memorial fly over and Missing Man formation for Todd Whitworth. (All low level flybys and "aerobatic" flying was conducted in a FAA approved aerobatic practice box waived to the surface. the box was notamed active and all pilots involved read, understood, and signed the waiver. All Pilots conducted a complete brief of the flight a head of time.)
