I'm still laughing at his performance on Newsnicht a month before the Scottish elections where he was reduced to confused rambling wreak when it was exposed how Westminster did everything it could to facilitate Al Megrahi's release.

It left him with only three very uncomfortable positions that he could have played at the time, neither of which were acceptable.
