Yes; Verizon doesn't usually carry phone that are able to do this, but this phone is the ONLY exception for them so far.

ok so you unlock it but does it have the AT&T 3g speed, verizone has the biggest 3g covages, but AT&T is the fastest can you answer me that, will an unlock storm have the 3g spped of AT&T?

The 3G for the Storm will only work on Verizon. You'll get Edge at best on Att.
