[How To] Unlock L.A Noire Framerate to 60 FPS (No BS)

***Read Below***
If you have L.A Noire on your PC, you will know that you can only play it at 30 fps. The reason? I don't know. I think it has something to do with how they recorded the facial animations (at 30 fps). This tutorial will teach you how you can unlock the framerate so that you can play it at 60 fps.

**Quick Written Tutorial**
1. First start L.A Noire.
2. Open ArtMoney SE v7.38
3. Select "L.A Noire" on "Select Process".
4. Click on "Search".
5. Input on "Value" this number: 59.94000. On "Type" select "Float (Standard)". Click on "Ok".
6. Select the process and then click on the arrow pointing to the right. Then change the value of "Value" to 199.88.
7. Click on "Save As". Save it.
8. Done! (Don't close the program while you play!)

@tenchuZsenran Video author is wrong on this. ArtMoney is indeed a memory editor as is Cheat Engine. Cheat Engine is easily the better of the two. You can perform this same edit with Cheat Engine and then use it to create a trainer that will perform this edit with a simple keyboard shortcut.
