sorry, i misunderstood the "years ahead" term. because it is clear that marley was ahead in terms of sound of the music and production. compared to marley these artist you name are folkloristic. like gospelmusic compared to rock'n roll. and it war marley that rocked. also cliff did, and tosh. the rest got stuck in tradition i guess :))

@STuRMBR1NGER Yh he was a lot more but im talking vocals - most other reggae artist have a stronger sound jus search garnett silk, cocoa tea, dennis browm, gregory issaacs, don carlos, barrington levy !!! ... :-)
