WOW Tetsuo is male, he's fifteen and he's played (or rather, voice acted) by a GUY!
That's a rare gem in some anime. Example: Edward Elric was played by a woman, Romi Paku. Edward was eighteen when the series ended and he was still played by Romi.
She sounded like a boy and all and did a marvelous job, and the woman can SCREAM...
But a lot of male anime characters are played by women (males who are under 16). I don't get that. Why not have them played by a guy? They are guys aren't they?
