they sent me a dirty ripped up book and I let them know so the customer service dude said he will make a note of the condition, but after i returned my rental they charged my credit card $64.90 on top of the initial $45.00 for the rental because the book was unusable and "damaged" the cust. service guy never make a note and now I have to dispute the charge through my credit card company, they are SCAMMERS!
refunded... but its was the end of fall semester and now its nearly half way through spring semester... no news. I'm trying to get the CEOs contact info so i can write a letter and get my refund. but i keep hitting dead ends.
i also dealt with them the shipping was ridiculous, and i went to UPS when i returned the books, due to a slight error in shipping and tracking labels used they charged me for an extension... not only the extension but they also charged for the remaining price of the book. Now i don't have the book and payed for it. Not only that but my two other books... were checked in... so they have the book, its supposedly sitting in their warehouse in a problem pile, which will be sorted and i'll be refund
