24 volt 250w motor mounted not so sturdy on a bicycle frame. Ran it on half the voltage(12v) with a $20 tractor battery. Later you can see me changing the gear ratios with the shifter. This is important to gain speed without sacrificing acceleration. This was just a test if the old #25 chain could be put onto a 1/2"-3/16" bicycle sprocket. Seems not so great, but i will get a better motor mount and bicycle sprocket so it runs smoothly.
So you finished your bike?I hope to finish in few days.I'm using MY1016 motor home made controler and sla battery 12v 12 Ah.Can you drive it with 12 volts?Have you tested it on road?

dude you have to shorten your chain,look at 0:34 your chain should not be bouncing like that ....
