seriously, putting up this billboard is a very humanitarian thing to do. I can just imagine how happy the hundreds of closeted atheists (who have pretended to be muslim out of cultural and familial guilt, but are really dying inside) will be when they see this billboard. =)

Have you heard of something called a debate? They are quite popular among the religious and non religious. Sam Harris vs William Craig is a popular one. Both hear each others arguments and then they respond to each other. Thats why alot of people are atheists in the first place. They hear the arguments of religious and dismiss them as nonsense. I dont know what makes you say we wont listen to counter arguments. Most atheists are very open to what the faithful have to say.

If I was him I would have said, "If a billboard was put up there that encouraged people to convert to Islam or Christianity, would that be acceptable? Or is it just atheists that aren't allowed to spread their message?"
