This is my tomos streetmate racing, it was actually low on gas that is why it was hard to start.

Moped= $2,200 + Tax.
Helmet=$150 + Tax
Cover+2 6ft cable locks= $95 + Tax
Amount of money to fill tank just over a dollar.

I built a motorized bicycle and now looking for a moped since they are registered the same here in California. $19 one time fee and you get the license plate.

No insurance and no registration after that.

@ultracomp2 in my state you have to be 14

you need to pull that choke lever all the way up 180 degrees for full choke. hope this tip helps u in the future.....
