How far into the game must you be to get onto the islands? I havn't gotten the Babylon club yet; as the guy I'm supposed to protect always manages to get shot..

@gta486 You can change clothes in the game, you go to the pause menu, go to cheats, then you will see codes like BLUESH and BLACKSH. These are the codes to change your clothes. Plus when you go from the Islands to Miami, your clothes will also change. You will have the options of the black, blue, white, and gray suit. There will also be the Hawaiian and Sandy shirts.

When you are in the islands, you will constantly get shot at by gang members in pickup trucks with machine guns mounted in the beds. However, when you start a race all the bad guys will disappear and you can drive around as much as you want as long as you avoid the starting line of the actual race. Another reason for starting a race is because you won't have to pay to repair any damage to your car.
I guess my description for the video wasn't clear enough.
