System.NullReferenceException was unhandled.

Thank you for your useful video but I have a problem:
I did what you exactly done but after I ran it there were also items in my listbox that I've added them before and I can't remove them(when I remove them and close the program and save the changes ,after I reopen it I see them again).
(Sorry for bad English)
