Yeah I think so. The ride quality is a little better than before the lift. But it is still a Jeep. The shocks are just the basic ones that come with the Rough Country 4" kit.

Do you think those springs are strong enough to hold a winch and a 33" spare out back?
How is the ride quality? What shocks are you running?

What's even cooler is I had the swaybar still connected in this video. The springs are the Rough Country 4" springs. The whole kit was only $450 or so. I don't think you can beat them for the money. I'd definitely recommend Rough Country over Rubicon Express - especially because it is half the price.

Cool, thanks. I will probably go to a SYE & CV after I put my TJ flares on. I have the Black Diamond 3.5" lift and it doesn't seem to articulate as well as yours does in this video? What kind of springs do you have? Any complaints?

Yes the shims on the rear springs did correct the pinion angle. I already had the shackles on when I did all the other stuff, so I'm not really sure if/how it affected everything. I had bad vibes at 40mph with just the t-case drop in. But it was smooth as silk after the SYE was installed.

Thanks for the info. Okay, you used a SYE & CV shaft instead, so did the pinion shims on the rear springs (whichever brand springs) allow for the correct pinion angle, or did you have to change that at all? Or did the 1/2" shackles help in that regard?
Ps- Like the TJ flares also. Might do that myself? Later.

Thanks man. it's close, but doesn't touch. 4" springs, 1/2" lift boomerang shackles, shocks, pitman arm, bump stops for front, fuel line bracket for rear. It came w/ t-case drop but I used a SYE & CV driveshaft instead. I think that's all...

Thanks. It has been so much fun having a Jeep again. Even cooler that my wife bought it without me knowing and surprised me with it (it was stock when she bought it).
