brutal weights, even a twelve year old girl could triceps kickback this for high reps.

This does not bring a benefit as ordinary squats do. I am speaking in terms of serious muscle gains , bodybuilding and powerlifting , not fitness.

no all it does is add a little mucsle to the leg or thiegh. you could do exercises to work ur legs out faster and easier.
